REGULATIONS FOR THE COMPETITION “30 YEARS OF THE OLD PORT” 1) Organisation: The simplified joint stock company LE VIEUX PORT whose headquarters are at plage Sud 40660 MESSANGES, inscribed in the commercial register at DAX under the number 433 839 172 is organising a free competition without obligation to purchase from 01/02/2010 to 26/09/2010 2) Participation: Participation in this competition is open to all adults. Participation in the competition implies the complete acceptance of these regulations. Family members of LE VIEUX PORT partners and members of staff and their families are not eligible to participate in the competition. To participate in the drawing, each participant must correctly fill out an entry form and place it in the box provided for this purpose at the Vieux Port campsite reception or enter via the site www.levieuxport.com supplying a valid e-mail address. A single entry is permitted per household. Unreadable entry forms or invalid e-mail addresses are not valid and will not be entered into the competition. 3) Principles of the competition: Each participant will complete an entry form on which they must indicate their name, surname, address, telephone number and valid e-mail address. Each participant will participate in the drawing which will take place on 4th October 2010. 4) Prizes: The prizes are as follows: 1st Prize: 1 stay of 1 week (7 nights) in a 2-bedroom, 6-person Espace mobile home to be chosen between 01/04/2011 and 25/09/2011 (approximate value €1,000) 2nd Prize: 1 stay of 1 week (7 nights) on a 4-person camping pitch (equipment not supplied) to be chosen between 01/04/2011 and 25/09/2011 (approximate value €400) 3rd Prize: 1 stay of 1 week (7 nights) in a 5/7-person Cottage VIP mobile home to be chosen between 01/04/2011 and 19/06/2011 or 03/09/2011 and 25/09/2011 except from 18 to 22/04/2011 (approximate value €450) 4th Prize: 1 “Mid-week” stay of 4 nights from Monday to Friday in a 6-person Classic mobile home to be chosen between 04/04/2011 and 19/06/2011 or 03/09/2011 and 23/09/2011 except from 18 to 22/04/2011 (approximate value €180) 5th Prize: 1 “Week-end” stay of 2 nights from Friday to Saturday in a 6-person Classic mobile home to be chosen between 01/04/2011 and 19/06/2011 or 03/09/2011 and 25/09/2011 except Easter weekend (22 and 23/04/2011 (approximate value €140) 6th Prize: 1 stay of 1 week (7 nights) on a 4-person camping pitch (equipment not supplied) to be chosen between 01/04/2011 and 19/06/2011 or 03/09/2011 and 25/09/2011 (approximate value €140) 7th to 36th Prize: 1 coupon with a value of €50 to be used exclusively between 01/05/2011 and 31/08/2011 with the following businesses or service providers (SPAR shop at the Vieux Port campsite; Locasports shop at the Vieux Port campsite; Restaurant Le Vieux Port; D Stock shop at Messanges; Uhina Rafting at Bidarray (between 01/07/2011 and 31/08/2011) The stays do not include: Round trip transport between your home and the Vieux Port campsite Personal expenses Any tips Optional activities Meals or drinks Holiday tax (from 01/06 to 30/09: €0.61 per day per person over 13 - 2010 rates) 5) Delivery of prizes: Only one prize will be allocated per household (same surname and postal address). The drawing will take place on 4 October 2010; the winners will receive an e-mail informing them of the prize they have won and instructions on how to claim it within 2 days of the drawing. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize by responding to this e-mail within 7 days specifying their name, surname and full postal address. Failure to confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days will result in the loss of all rights to claim the prize. For those prizes whose date is set by the organisers of the drawing, there is no possibility of changing them. Any winner who cannot be available on this date will be considered to have renounced their prize. Prizes not allocated will not be returned to the drawing. The prizes cannot in any case be exchanged for their cash value or replaced by another prize. The prizes are allocated by name and may not be ceded to any third party. If circumstances so require, the simplified joint stock company LE VIEUX PORT reserves the right to substitute prizes of an equivalent value or similar nature. 6) Responsibility: The simplified joint stock company LE VIEUX PORT will not be held responsible for any incident arising from the use of the prizes except for those where it provides a service. The simplified joint stock company LE VIEUX PORT reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, delay or modify the conditions of the competition at any time if circumstances so require. It will not incur any responsibility by this action. 7) Regulations: Complete regulations have been filed at the office of SCP BERNARD LART LALANNE, Huissiers de Justice Associés at SOUSTONS (40140). They can be consulted at no cost by any person who so requests the office or consulted and printed on the site www.levieuxport.com via the link “Regulations”. 8) Promotion: The winners authorise the simplified joint stock company LE VIEUX PORT to use their name, surname and address for publicity purposes without restriction or reservation. 9) Information processing and Rights: In compliance with the law on information processing and rights of 6 June 1978 updated by the law of 6 August 2004, the participants have the right to access, correct or oppose nominative information concerning them by writing to the organiser.
