Big caravan , we had 4 adults and 2 children. Hot tub was good

The layout of the chalet and position on the campsite was perfect. The decking area was well shaded. The aircon worked really well. Having 3 showers and toilets worked well having 5 of us. The car parking was good. TVs were well worth it with the Olympics on to watch. The wristband locking system was brilliant as never had to worry about who had the key and trying to sort logistics with our doled teenagers, they could come and go as they pleased.

The sheets for the beds were absolutely terrible, didn’t stay on and felt like paper. The pillows weren’t good for our necks; too flimsy. The WiFi was impossible to get on in our chalet. Poor given this was supposed to be a key feature of the premium package. The cushioned seating area was covered in tree sap and overlooked so not relaxing. The hot tub controls only worked intermittently. Our kitchen sink had been blocked by previous occupants and leans kept coming out of it throughout our stay. An electric car charging point would’ve been good.

Layout of lodge was good. Master bedroom with en suite was excellent and roomy. Other double rooms would be a bit cramped for adults, but great for kids. Kitchen small but sufficient. Coffee machines and dish washer were much appreciated. Inside lounge / dining area roomy and when augmented with outside cooking, dining and social areas was excellent overall. Jacuzzi was a perfect addition to the overall accomodation.

The distance between pitches, at the particular end of the site where this lodge was situated, were a bit cramped, but did not cause any issues, as the multitude of activities meant that most lodges were empty of people most of the time. Similar lodges at the other end of the site seemed to be better placed and spaced.

Logement pour 6 mais avec enfants, nous n'étions que des adultes et donc ce n'était pas top et pas adapté a que des adultes pour le couchage Attention le jacuzzi avait une odeur tres déplaisante en fin de semaine nous n'y sommes plus allés

Bien et très bon emplacement

Camping trop grand avec trop d’emplacements et trop de locatifs ce qui fait que le parc aquatique pas dimensionné pour autant de monde !! Ça fait un peu tourner la tête cet impression de population !!

Bungalow bien situé bien équipé et bien agencé

Présence de blattes dans le bungalow, obligé de nettoyer le frigo et le micro-ondes qui sentaient très mauvais, demande d’intervention pour le lave-vaisselle qui avait une pièce défectueuse Obligé de faire intervenir tous les jours un technicien pour le jacuzzi afin qu’il fasse le complément d’eau car il avait une fuite et de ce fait la pompe faisait énormément de bruit.

La literie pourrait être changer par de vrais matelas! la pompe de filtration à l'extérieur fait énormément de bruit, il faudrait revoir cela pour éviter les nuisances sonores…

La lodge était spacieuse, les espaces extérieurs sont biens et assez grands également. La vue de la terrasse / du jacuzzi est super, profiter du coucher du soleil sur la dune c'est top. Très bien équipée.

La propreté est à revoir, j'ai du téléphoner à l'accueil pour que l'équipe repasse, on paie une prestation premium on s'attend à ce que le ménage soit fait correctement, ce n'était absolument pas le cas dans notre hébergement, que ça soit au niveau du sol, la vaisselle, sous les lits... Heureusement l'équipe a été réactive.

La taille du logement et son agencement

La propreté, pas de ménage fait sur la terrasse malgré 2 réclamations, un seul passage pour entretenir le jacuzzi, la sois disant vue Dune alors que la terrasse donne sur le logement voisin. Le logement pret pour 19h lors de notre arrivée. Après 3 séjours au vieux port on va s’arrêter là les prix augmentent et le standing baisse.

Vue agréable, mobilhome confortable, moins de passages que sur les autres emplacements. Accès facile à la plage (marche d'au moins 15 minutes toutefois)

Problème de linge, les draps étaient mouillés, et nous n'avons pas eu d'autre choix que de dormir dedans... seulement 2 serviettes de toilette et un tapis nous a été donné à 20h30 pour un mobilhome de 6 personnes où le linge est fourni...pas de possibilité d'en avoir d'autres avant le lendemain Beaucoup de vaisselle manquante, seulement 4 verres jusqu'au vendredi (nous avons demandé 5 fois d'en avoir plus !) Bord de plage, aucun couteau à huîtres, même en prêt !

L'intérieur spacieux, la terrasse très agréable, le jacuzzi. Belle plancha.

Équipement de la cuisine minimal et pas qualitatif (quasiment rien pour cuisiner vraiment en dehors d'un épluche légumes...), tire bouchon pas très moderne, pas de râpe, un seul couvercle et pas à la bonne taille pour toutes les casseroles ou poêles. Les ustensiles pour la plancha sont minables, se tordent au moindre geste, cela paraît ridicule au regard de la qualité de la plancha et du prix de la location.Les housses de couettes et taies en tissu synthétique misérable et extrêmement désagréable. Un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 2 toilettes à l'arrivée, à 2400€, 2 ce serait bien !

Le mobil home prenium très spacieux, l’accès à la plage direct un vrai plus. Le jacuzzi un vrai bonheur (entretien fait tous les 2 jours). Cuisine très fonctionnel et spacieuse.

Mensonge sur la vue non pas sur la dune mais sur une haie de troènes !!!!! Le canapé très inconfortable (prévu pour seulement 4 personnes !!!) , idem pour les oreillers une horreur. Pour un prenium la qualité de la literie n'est pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons dû brancher les TV en arrivant, la plancha n'était pas raccordée ! 2 jours sans utilisation .... Peu d'intimité car peu de végétations.
