Beds were fine.

Expensive, for what it is. The fact it rained constantly so the pool and beach were no-go areas, and you have to clean the whole place at the end when it was impossible to keep sand out, and nothing dried (and the radiators wouldn't turn on) means I would have been better off staying in a hotel

Location. The cabin was fairly clean but not immaculate.

Far too small for 6 people for 2 weeks. Not comfortable at all - no space to move, no space to cook. No oven or space to bbq. There are communal bbq spaces but these are a short walk from the accommodation & it depends on availability of being able to borrow a communal grill. Had we known this in advance we could have come better equipped, but we had no information regarding use of communal bbqs. The rooms are so small you can’t walk around the beds without stubbing your toe. Living space both inside and on the decking is totally inadequate for 6 people on a 2 week stay.

Plenty of communal space, shaded terrace area. Hedges between neighbours for privacy.

Brand new mattresses which were covered in plastic presumably for hygiene reasons but felt hot and made a noise every time you moved.

The site was very clean. The pools and slides were excellent. Entertainment programme was full and of good quality. On site restaurants were quick and accommodating. Games room was well stocked and supervised.

The cabin was much smaller than I expected. Cabin 66A was different to those surrounding it and seemed smaller than all other cabins I have had before. I was very disappointed with what we were given for the price point paid.

We did not have a dish towel this year, which we had before. It was difficult to dry the dishes and to leave the dishes clean when we were leaving. It was a bad change from before and we could not understand why

This was too small for 4 people, my son is a tall 15yr old who's feet were hanging over the bed, the ants were everywhere, in the cutlery drawer, the cupboards, the beds, we did not unpack as the ants were in the wardrobes, and we had to put all the food we purchased hidden in the microwave.

Size of the accomodation is unrealistically small for 3 people let alone 4 or more. Dirty bed sheets on arrival. Location of our accomodation was about as far away from other family members on the booking despite asking for and being assured of cabins next to each other.

I liked that our pitch had a tap on it, we had dappled shade from the trees, there was an empty patch of land at the back.

It was so very noisy and not close to the beach, even though I had repeatedly asked for a peaceful plot near the beach. None of us slept much.

Awful, tiny, dirty and under facilitated. The accommodation received was a third smaller than booked, however our thanks to the booking agent for resolving our complaint on this matter.

The accommodation was filthy, dirty walls, windows, vents, shower and outside chairs. The place was under facilitated, not enough crockery, pans and no accessible storage for one of the bedrooms, children left to leave clothes either in their bag or use the floor. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet and the toilet room equally ridiculously small. The fridge was too small, a standard lettuce from a supermarket was too big to fit in the salad tray. Only 2 gas rings , to use, which were too close together and slightly slopped, not really safe to use to make a meal.

The location close to shower and bathroom facilities, the seclusion and the picnic bench.

Unable to locate electricity, had to locate security late at night, electricity three pitches away which was too far for our cable without running it immediately across our neighbours pitches. Inconvenient for people leaving before neighbours.

Our pitch was spacious, being on a corner, but I would not have been impressed if we were in some of the pitches with mobile homes in touching distance of your seating area. The interior was clean and well presented.

Eurocamp Pitch - send feedback. - Too close to other mobile homes, needs more space and hedging between sites. - Best to keep English speaking together- the only reason we book was Eurocamp English were beside last year, but not this year. -Aircon 3 bed mobile home same size as the 2 bed, just less space. Bedrooms very small. - Should provide a cleaning option with Eurocamp.

The main issue we had is that we booked Eurocamp to be beside other English speaking kids, after a good holiday there last year. However, we were put on a site far from the main English speaking area in 25A. We were surrounded by non English speaking people, which was a disappointment to the kids who like making friends there. You should keep nationalities together- especially if kids camping. .

Double bedroom so small could Hardly walk around the bed . Also location of mobile in orange areas almost completely covered by trees so no sunshine can get in . Very concerning the lack of lighting walking to our mobile in the dark. Very dangerous . Bed linen provided was very poor . It was very discoloured and unclean looking

Chalet was old and MOULDY!! musty mouldy smell upon entry. We tried to state our concern but we were told it was a long time since ppl were last in the chalet, hence the must. But there was black mould on the master bedroom curtains, and awful mould smell in all the kitchen cupboards. Not nice AT ALL. We paid more than our friends for a better chalet, but the chalet was SOOOOOO dated and old fashioned. That was a shame. No toaster or oven.

1 clé pour 6 personnes,mobils homes trop rapprochés, la pluie coule sur les terasses des mobils home et l'intérieur est trop petit pour manger à 6, impossibilité d'avoir même contre paiement un nettoyage final et pas de matériel/produits de nettoyage présent dans le mobil home, on a du acheter nous-mêmes du matériel et des produits de nettoyage, 1 kilomètre entre notre mobil home et la réception/le centre d'activités

Le mobilhome était récent, les stores moustiquaires, la terrasse couverte et les équipements modernes

Emplacement très restreint pour stationner notre SUV (emplacement O85b), et obligé d'être garé à cheval sur le chemin, ainsi que notre voisin d'en face, avec les risques de se faire accrocher par les autres véhicules passant dans l'allée. Quand nous louons un logement de 6 personnes, il est logique d'avoir une grande voiture. Un emplacement comme cela serait plus adapté à un mobilhome 4 places ou un emplacement caravane/VAN. L'emplacement de notre mobilhome assez très loin de l'entrée, piscine, spar, poubelles et aussi de la sortie de la plage, mais bon ça c'est la loterie !

L ombra delle piante è un punto a favore

Con il camper sprofondavo nella sabbia della piazzola, quindi ho atteso piu di due ore che mi portassero delle assi da mettere sotto le ruote per poter entrare. Alla Dune du Pyla quasi tutte le piazzole disponevano di tappeti o assi per non rimanere insabbiati. Lo scarico della caldaia delle mobil home confinanti e le ventole dei condizionatori soffiavano nella nostra piazzola, durante le docce ho il lavaggio piatti nelle mobil home la nostra piazzola si riempiva di gas, mettere una curva e 1 metro di tubo migliora la situazione. Pessimo anche il tombino sopraelevato in mezzo alla piazzola

mais très mal équipé. Terrasse sale. Pas la place de garer la voiture ni devant ni à proximité. Seule solution proposée à l'extérieur du camping soit 800 m plus loin. Ce n'est pas ce qui est prévu au contrat à savoir un mobilhome, une place. Les mobilhommes tellement serrés, collés les uns aux autres. On est en prise directe avec les voisins, on entends toutes les conversations, les ronflements, les chasses d'eau. Les évacuations de gaz des chauffe-eau donnent sur la terrasse, vous vous faites régulièrement gazés etc...

Nous avons dû réclamer à changer d’emplacement à l’arrivée. Celui attitré n’avait aucune commodité (eau électricité) sur l’emplacement. Borne sur l’emplacement voisin et aucune prise de libre. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas sur le nouvel emplacement, nous avons dépensé 35€ pour le wifi et lorsque nous faisons une réclamation à l’accueil aucune solution acceptable n’est donnée par le personnel.

L'emplacement attribué malgré avoir indiqué que j'étais une personne à mobilité réduite. Difficile de faire plus éloigné de l'accueil en m'attribuant le 118 mauve. C'est quand même l'opposé. L'emplacement était plutôt bien, large et assez grand.

Petit désagrément la table était très sale pour ne pas dire autre chose. Il y avait plein de crottes d'oiseau et cela ne c'est pas fait en 1h et le plateau était noir. Je trouve que par rapport au prix de l'emplacement cela pourrait être nettoyer. Nous ne l'avons du coût même pas utiliser nous avons sorti la notre. Les sanitaires étaient vraiment sale par rapport aux autres années. Je sais que les gens sont dégueulasses mais votre personnel n'était pas au point du moins dans notre bloc.

Pas d'inventaire d'entrée donc on ne sait pas ce qui manque on avait des amis qui avait le même que nous c'est comme ça qu'on s'est rendu compte qu'il manquait énormément de chose dans le notre. Nous avons pris un confort xl ben niveau place c'est pas xl pas de place pour circuler autour du lit pour accéder à l'armoire. Nos amis n'avait pas du tout le même xl qui eux était bien xl. Mais homair nous a dit qu'on avait bien un xl c'est dommage. Hébergement à l'opposé du camping donc beaucoup de marche. Pas beaucoup de place sur l'emplacement une fois la voiture mise plus aucune place.

Déchets devant les logement Dans le mobil-home, il n’y avait qu’une chaise de jardin et un fauteuil pour 6 personnes. Le mobil-home ne disposait ni de grille-pain, ni de cafetière électrique (seulement une manuelle) Les portes et rideaux étaient endommagés ou incomplets Aucune alèse sur les lits, pas de kit d’arrivée (éponge, sac poubelle, etc.). Éclairage extérieur insuffisant : la lumière extérieure ne permet pas de dîner dehors.

Le mobils-homes ancien: • Pas suffisamment d'espace. • tres vieux ( odeurs renfermés) • sale ( poubelle sous la terasse, toilette pas nettoyé...) • étendoir à linge cassé ainsi que le banc à l' exterieur • pas de potence pour poser les serviettes de toilettes, pas d'étagere... Nous l'avons signalé à plusieurs reprise à l'accueil mais personne a pris nos reproche en consideration. Quand on réserve un camping 5 étoiles on attend un minimum de confort, de propreté, d'espace. Nous avons ete énormement déçus, il y a des camping 3 etoiles largement mieux.

L'emplacement au calme, sous les pins. Pas vraiment de vis à vis. Plutôt tranquille. Les sanitaires communs au top, très grands, télé pour la vaisselle, propre.

Nous avons eu un premier logement qui sentait très fort l'humidité. Nous avons pu changer apres 2 reclamations, le lendemain. La surface de 19m2. Uniquement 2 étagères de rangement dans la chambre parent pour tout le logement. Impossible de ranger quoi que se soit dans la cuisine. Le frigo minuscule pour célibataire qui ne fonctionne pas par temps de canicule car il surchauffe. La literie est moyenne, pas de bouilloire, pas de grille pain, et absolument aucun réseau internet. Pas la peine d'acheter le Wi-Fi, ça marche pas non plus. Tout est fait pour que l'on vive dehors, manger dehors, ..

Pas d’eau sur l’emplacement ; avertir que l emplacement est proche des animateurs/maitres nageurs pour éviter des nuisances nocturnes, nous avons eu plusieurs nuits compliquées, et en tente autant vous dire qu il etait difficile de ne pas subir ! La porte ne fermait pas à clé, une des fenêtres de la pièce principale était bloquée, pas assez de vaisselles, les chambres sont trop étroites, mauvaise qualité du lit 2 places.

Le mobilier était élégant et confortable, le mobil home bien isolé phoniquement (orage et pluie) avec une terrasse couverte ce qui est un plus quand il pleut. Pas de cafetière (juste une bouilloire pour compenser)

Les matelas des petites chambres ont besoin d'être nettoyé avec un aspirateur (petites bêtes noires) et des alaises jetables ne sont pas fournies, ce qui n'est pas hiegénique.

Die unterschiedlichen Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten.

Unser Mobilehome war eingequetscht. Die Nachbarn standen quer zu uns und waren 1m entfernt von uns. Das war extrem unangenehm. Das WLAN extra zu bezahlen, das ist nicht mehr aktueller Standard.

Dass man sich Spielzeug ausleihen konnte und ein Regal zum Tausch angeboten wurde. Haben wir sehr gern genutzt und sowohl etwas genommen, als auch etwas hinein gestellt. Der Strand ist klasse und fussläufig erreichbar. Der Baguettestand (Orange) ist toll.

Sauberkeit, insbesondere Schwimmbad und Unterkunft (Ecken!). Fenstergriffe waren teilweise kaputt. Sanitäre Anlagen (gemeinschaftlich) ziemlich ekelig. Sehr viel Verkehr, sehr laut, keine Privatsphäre. Sehr sehr teuer (3 Nächte 2 erwachsene 4 Kinder 800€ und absolut kein Komfort: keine Klima, kleinstes Häuschen… Und das war ein Angebot -25%!)

Eigentlich nicht viel, ich war sehr enttäuscht ( cih war vor ca. 30 Jahren das erstmal da und da war es noch ein offener schöner Campingplatz, nun ist alles voll mit Häusern und jede Pazelle mit HEcken pazelliert! So was kennt man eigentlich nur aus DEutschland.

Prima stacaravan met goede voorzieningen

Ligging was slecht, voor ons terras op 1 meter de volgende caravan. Met name slecht dat van de naastgelegen caravan de uitlaat van de geiser recht in ons terras blaast. Stacaravan geboekt bij Vacanceselect die het neerlegt bij Eurocamp.

Wij zaten in een caravan voor 6 personen met eigen wc, douche, keuken en terras met eigen meubilair en parasol. Alles was eigenlijk wel aanwezig.

Zag er schoon en netjes uit

Onze plaats op de camping was omringd door veeel bomen ,zoveel dat natuurlijk licht(zon) hier nauweljks te zien was. Hierdoor veel vocht in en rondom de plaats. Na regen(helaas veelvuldig) bleef het te lang vochtig op en rond het overdekte terras. De regen stroomde ook langs en onder de overkapping door omdat mi de goten van de caravan deze niet af kon voeren en de overkapping dit niet tegen hield

Wij hebben via Roan de accommodatie geboekt. Deze was netjes en schoon. De accommodatie stond in een rustiger stuk van de camping. De gastheer van Roan was een hele aardige meneer die echt zijn best deed om ons verblijf zorgeloos en aangenaam te maken. Heel erg bedankt voor de fijne vakantie Bruno!

Een aantal kleine defecten in de accommodatie, maar deze werden direct bij aangeven verholpen. De auto's op het campingterrein is wel het grootste minpunt. Voor je vuilniszakken te lozen moet je de camping af.

Het terras was groot genoeg.

De stacaravan kwam niet overeen met de brochure. Het zou een ruim verblijf zijn maar wat een poppenhuis zeg! Ik kon nauwelijks langs het bed lopen en het stapelbed waar de kinderen in moesten slapen kwam bij het in en uit bed klimmen steeds los van de muur! Bovendien zat hun kast achter het stapelbed. Terwijl ze losse bedden zouden krijgen. Er zou een 4 pits gasstel zijn maar er waren er maar 2. Er zouden loungestoelen zijn maar daar mocht ik alleen maar naar kijken bij de buren. Er was ook geen overkapping. Zo ontzettend teleurstellend allemaal!

Camping con buena dotación y nada ruidoso, caminos asfaltados. Parcela con buenas dimensiones y dividida por setos.

Me dieron inicialmente una parcela que era un auténtico arenero. Me quedé atascado. Fui a recepción y, tras esperar mi turno, me dijeron que enviarían a alguien para sacarme. Toda la gestión hasta que nos instalamos en la nueva parcela duró hasta las 18h sin haber podido comer desde las 14h que llegamos. Nadie nos pidió disculpas ni fuimos compensados. La nueva parcela también tenía arena en la parte del suministro eléctrico y agua, lo que impidió que aparcáramos en esa zona. No entiendo muy bien que la boca del desagüe esté junto a la mesa.

El equipo ha estado super pendiente de que no nos faltará de nada. Había absolutamente todo lo necesario. El bungalow estaba limpio y bastante nuevo. Nuestra sombrilla estaba rota en la terraza y nos la cambiaron en 5 minutos de reloj.

Los bungalows están muy pegados los unos de los otros. La ventana del salón y de la habitación de niños da a la terraza de los vecinos. Es un camping ENORME, con lo que los niños hasta los 10 años no pueden tener autonomía real.
