Dear holidaymakers,
As is the case every summer, the holiday season also brings with it an increase in attempts at fraud. To protect your personal data and payments, we have put the necessary measures in place and would like to share some best practices to help you avoid the risks of phishing.
👉 Your security is our priority. Here are a few simple tips to guide you and help you stay vigilant.
Phishing is a technique used by cybercriminals to deceive you. They send fraudulent messages (text messages, emails, WhatsApp messages, etc.) that mimic official communications (e.g. booking confirmations, payment requests, etc.) with the aim of obtaining your personal or banking details.
The sender appears suspicious (unusual email address with an incorrect web domain name, unknown number, spelling mistakes).
The message creates a sense of urgency (‘Pay now’, ‘Your booking is about to be cancelled’).
You are asked for sensitive information (credit card number, password, PIN).
The link or attachment seems suspicious (URL different from the official website, unexpected file).
Do not reply.
Do not click on any links.
Do not download any attachments.
Contact our customer service team directly using our official contact details (+33 5 58 48 22 00, contact@resasol.com).
Please report the message to our team, if possible by taking a screenshot.
Always use the campsite’s official website (https://www.levieuxport.com).
Check that the URL begins with ‘https://’ and that a padlock icon appears in the address bar.
Never disclose your bank details via email, text message or WhatsApp.
If in doubt, please call us before making a payment.
Fraudulent messages are sometimes circulated on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, masquerading as booking confirmations or payment requests.
👉 Golden rule: never click on a link received via these channels. Always check the information on our website or by telephone.
Change your passwords (email, bank account, etc.) immediately if you have disclosed your login details.
Contact your bank to report the situation.
File a complaint if necessary (via cybermalveillance.gouv.fr).
We never ask for your bank details by email, text message or WhatsApp.
All our payments are made exclusively via our secure website.
We actively monitor attempts at fraud and will inform you if there is a risk.
We work with certified partners who enhance the security of your data.
