The Arena du Vieux Port is a unique events complex in south-west France, offering high-end outdoor reception venues and hospitality services in a stunning setting, within the ***** Village Resort & Spa Le Vieux Port campsite.
Nestled in a 35-hectare pine forest on the shores ofthe Atlantic Ocean with direct access to the beach, we can cater to all your event needs. The Vieux Port Arena comprises a 750m² events hall with a capacity of 2,800 people, as well as five additional rooms, all fully equipped and flexible in layout, with capacities ranging from 10 to 100 people.
The largest hall issoundproofed and equipped with a 90m² stage, a state-of-the-art 5x3-metre LED screen, two plasma screens and a monitor screen. With a floor area of 750m², it can accommodate up to 2,800 people in a concert layout (including 485 in tiered seating) or 1,100 people in a theatre layout.
An adjoining room of 200 m² is also available for your more intimate events. It is also sound-equipped and features an interactive screen.
All venues are managed by our event coordinators and equipped with a video projector, flipchart, notepads, pens and individual bottles of water.
