Campsite rules

1 - ADMISSION CONDITIONS :

A/ To be admitted to enter, set up or stay on the campsite, you must have been authorised to do so by the manager or his representative and comply with the campsite rules. Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of these rules and a commitment to comply with them. Anyone wishing to stay on the campsite for at least one night must first present their identity papers to the manager or his representative and complete the registration formalities required by the police. Minors may stay on condition that they are accompanied by an adult, have parental authorisation and have had the booking contract signed by a parent or guardian. Camping wristbands must be worn.

B/ The tent or caravan and associated equipment must be installed on the pitch indicated and in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative. Our electrical terminals comply with European standards. Each pitch may only be occupied by one accommodation unit (tent, caravan or camper van). On arrival, users must go to the reception desk, state the planned duration of their stay and submit a document certifying that they are covered for civil liability for any damage, particularly fire damage, that they may cause to other users.

C/ Deposits : For rental accommodation, a deposit will be required on arrival to cover any damage and cleaning costs; it will be returned after inspection of the premises. Deposits will be taken up to the amount of the deposit for the damaged accommodation. If the balance of the stay is not paid before departure, the amount due may be deducted from the deposit or added to it.

D/ It is forbidden for users of the campsite to engage in any commercial activity or advertising on the campsite.

E/ Swimming pools and pools: Swimming trunks must be worn. All other long garments and accessories are strictly forbidden in the swimming pools and pools. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the pool area or from our establishment. It is forbidden to wear any garment or accessory likely to hinder a swimmer's breathing or to affect health and safety. Cf article 1 law n°2010-1192 of 11 October 2010 & circular of 2 March 2011.

4- DRESS AND APPEARANCE OF THE FACILITIES :

Correct dress is required. Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could damage the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the camp. Users are urged to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbours. Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Doors and boot lids must be closed as discreetly as possible. There must be complete silence between 00.00 and 6.00. It is forbidden to dispose of polluted and/or waste water on the ground or in the gutters; it must be emptied into the facilities provided for this purpose. Household refuse, waste of any kind and paper must be deposited in the sorting centres at the campsite entrance. Sanitary facilities must be kept in a constant state of cleanliness by users. Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. Any pitch used during the stay must be returned to its original state. Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or camp facilities will be charged to the person responsible. Plantations and floral decorations must be respected; it is forbidden for customers to put nails in trees, cut branches or make plantations. It is also forbidden to mark out the location of an installation using personal means (wire, chain, branches, etc.), or to dig the ground or make gullies. It is forbidden to drive stakes longer than 30 cm into the ground due to the presence of buried electrical cables. It is forbidden to install TV aerials in trees. Clotheslines strung between trees or any other structure are not permitted for safety reasons. It is strictly forbidden to build fences, to deprive caravans or mobile homes, whatever their size, of their means of mobility (tow bar, wheels, etc.) or to store used objects. It is forbidden to erect portable or demountable houses, known as light leisure dwellings, without regulatory authorisation. The maximum surface area occupied by installations on the pitch must not exceed 30% of the plot. Any extension or annex made of wood, sheet metal or any other material (terraces higher than 0.60 m, rigid canopies, verandas, garden sheds, fences, plantations) is strictly prohibited. Only flexible awnings installed as extensions to caravans are permitted (canvas awnings with a light frame made of easily removable tubes) and must be dismantled at the end of each stay. In addition, any electrical installation under these awnings is strictly forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden to connect your electric vehicle to your rental vehicle for any length of time whatsoever. The occupation of spaces dedicated to electric vehicle recharging by a combustion vehicle or an electric vehicle that is not being charged is prohibited and will be invoiced to the owner of the vehicle concerned.

5- TRAFFIC :

Inside the campsite, vehicles must travel at a limited speed of 10 km/h. Traffic is strictly prohibited between 11pm and 6am, except for vehicles belonging to the maintenance and emergency services. Parking must not obstruct traffic, prevent new arrivals from settling in or hinder internal services at the campsite.
Beach accesses are closed between 11pm and 8am, and it is forbidden to climb them to enter or leave the campsite. During this period, you must use the pedestrian access to reach the campsite entrance and to go to the beach.

6- PETS :

A maximum of two pets (excluding category 1 and 2) are allowed on pitches at an extra charge (see table). Pets are strictly forbidden in rental accommodation. They MUST be kept on a lead, wear a collar, be tattooed, vaccinated, have a vaccination certificate and be declared to reception. Their owner must be able to produce the up-to-date vaccination certificate for any inspection. These animals must never be allowed to roam free. They must not be left alone on the campsite, even if tied up or locked up, in the absence of their owners, who will be financially and civilly liable for any damage they cause. They are not allowed in public places.

7- VISITORS :

Visitors may be admitted to the campsite, subject to acceptance by the campsite manager, and under the responsibility of the campers receiving them. They are bound by the campsite rules. They must ask the reception desk for permission to enter the campsite, indicating who they are going to see, and must wear a visitor's wristband. Under no circumstances may visitors or guests enter the camp in their own vehicle. To ensure the peace and quiet of all users, access to the camp is forbidden to non-campers, itinerant merchants and traders, canvassers, walkers, picnickers, etc.... Visitors cannot use the aquatic area or the entertainment.

8- PREMIUM AREA :

For each "Premium" pitch and rental with a private Jacuzzi, this is strictly reserved for customers registered on this pitch/rental. Any invitation from another person not registered at this number cannot be accepted. Children under 10 years of age do not have access to this private Jacuzzi. Children over the age of 10 may only use this service under the supervision and vigilance of their parents or guardians.

9- SAFETY :

A/ No violent or disturbing games may be played on the campsite.

B/ All fires (barbecue, wood, coal, electric, gas, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Stoves must be kept in perfect working order and must not be used under a tent or near a car or in dangerous conditions. Barbecues may only be used in the areas provided. In the event of fire, notify the management immediately. Alcohol or petrol stoves are strictly forbidden.

C/ A first aid kit is available at reception.

D/ The campsite gate is closed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

E/ The management has a general obligation to monitor the campsite, but customers are asked to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment. The management cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings, theft, injury or damage that may occur to holidaymakers or their property during their stay, unless the campsite's responsibility can be proven; in particular, the management is not responsible for items stolen from pitches. The management is responsible for items left in the office; individual safe deposit boxes are available for hire to protect the security of users' belongings.

F/ The management accepts no responsibility for any accidents that may occur to children, who must always be supervised by their parents.

10- ENVIRONMENT :

You are staying in a pine forest, which protects you from the heat, but which has two natural disadvantages: pine cones fall off in hot weather and branches fall off in strong winds or storms. Despite the care taken in the upkeep and pruning of this forest, the campsite management cannot be held responsible for these natural events, except in the case of proven fault. Vehicle washing is not permitted except in the area provided for this purpose.

11- GARAGE MORT :

In the absence of departure on the scheduled date, the campsite will vacate the pitch by moving the leisure accommodation (tent, caravan or camper van) to the outside car park. This occupation without right or title of the pitch or car park will give rise to the invoicing of an occupation indemnity equal to 30.00€ per day, including tax, until the premises are completely vacated.

12- MAIL AND PARCELS :

Postcards to be sent to the post office must be deposited in the letter boxes provided for this purpose. In the event of non-receipt of a letter or parcel, the campsite cannot be held responsible. If a customer forgets an item belonging to him/her on the campsite and it is found by the teams on site, they will contact the customer to inform him/her of this and indicate the amount of the delivery costs. Following this discussion, the customer will have to pay the postal charges before the parcel is sent.

13- RESPECT :

A/ Any consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden in public places and accesses (except bars and restaurants), in accordance with current legislation.

B/ Complaints will only be taken into consideration if they are dated, signed, as precise as possible and relate to recent events as well as being verified.

14- DISPLAY :

These rules and regulations are displayed digitally at the reception desk and can be given to customers on request.

15. IMAGE RIGHTS :

The name and image of the campsite are the property of the campsite alone.
During their stay, customers may be photographed or filmed on the campsite. The campsite and the RESASOL reservation centre may use these photos or films for commercial or advertising purposes unless the customer informs reception in writing on arrival that he/she objects to this practice.
The photos and plans presented on our various communication tools are non-contractual and may under no circumstances be used as an argument for a complaint.

16. BREACH OF HOUSE RULES :

In the event that a customer disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these rules, the manager or his representative may, orally or in writing if he deems it necessary, give formal notice to the customer to cease the disturbance. Any infringement may result in the perpetrator being expelled by the courts. In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the internal rules, and after formal notice has been given by the manager or his representative, the latter may terminate the contract by legal action. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.

17. WAIVER :

A one-off derogation from the regulations does not give rise to an acquired derogation. The campsite reserves the right to change these rules at any time, and they will become binding as soon as the changes are made.
