It just seemed inconceivable to us to deny ourselves the opportunity to once again enhance our fantastic surroundings with new, equally exceptional mobile homes. It is this train of thought that has led us to welcome our brand new Premium Chalets with private pools.

Designed to accommodate 4 to 7 travellers, in the heart of the pine forest of our select Premium Quarter, these latest generation mobile homes are resolutely focused on comfort.
With up to 90 m² of terraces andliving areas, discover modern spaces designed for 4 or 7 people. The modules are designed to preserve the privacy of each person, while bringing people together aroundwarm outdoor facilities for real moments of conviviality.
Thanks to their unique location in our Premium Neighbourhood, our new Chalets will allow you to escape completely by staying only a few metres from our direct access to the beach.
And as a little surprise, we have saved the best for last, the last detail that makes all the difference and that can only convince you to want our new Premium Chalets even more for your holidays in the Vieux Port: a private swimming pool directly integrated on the terrace!

My holiday in a Premium Chalet

Holidays are often synonymous withprecious family moments and happy memories with our children. It is one of the rare moments of the year when we can finally take the time to see our little ones having fun and growing up before our eyes. At the 5-star Le Vieux Port campsite, we do our utmost to ensure that this long-awaited moment of the year lives up to your expectations, as well as those of our youngest holidaymakers.

Even if we have already redesigned our water park in 2022, for teenagers and kids, with a whole range of slides andattractions, each more fun than the last.
Even though we already offer children's clubs adapted to all age groups, from the youngest to the almost adult, withactivities supervised by our teams of attentive and qualifiedinstructors .
For the 2023 season, we wanted to expand our offer for children even further. With this in mind, we have decided toadd new facilities to our playground. In 2023, all your little ones will be able to play on our new modules.

Our modernised play ground will allow them toclimb, scramble and crawl on new, safe play equipment. They will be able to roll in all directions, try out our different play blocks, challenge themselves on our mini-accrobranche, invent the best adventure stories and above all have fun. A playground that is renewed, while still reassuring parents and making the most daredevil safe! And of course, always in the middle of the pine forest, to allow all children to take advantage of the holidays to reconnect with nature!

In addition to our new accommodation, we have decided to give all our existing Resasol mobile homes a modern twist.

After thescorching summer we all realised that the standard ofsummer temperatures would certainly break new records year after year.
At the 5-star Le Vieux Port campsite, even though we are lucky enough and privileged to live in the shade of the great pines of the Landes forest, we have also realised that the shade of the pine forest will no longer be enough to provide the necessary coolness for your true comfort.

Air conditioning is now part of our daily lives. It therefore seemed logical to us tointegrate air conditioning into our largest range of mobile homes.
In total, more than 200 mobile homes have been fitted with this new feature. Cooler nights for complete relaxation, more pleasant accommodation for children and people with reduced mobility, and of course, the everyday comfort that we consider so essential in this day and age.
From now on, for all your reservations on our Resasol mobile home category, air conditioning will be an integral part of the equipment on these rentals. This means that you can enjoy even more comfort during your holiday at camping Le Vieux Port. Mobile homes are not the only category to have the chance to be the focus of our attention for the 2023 season, this is also the case for our entire range of 120 m² VIP pitches.

2023 is all about modernity, but not only! The next season also heralds a return to the roots of the campsite, still with our avant-garde vision signed Le Vieux Port. We wanted to welcome nature lovers and early campers by adding the essential feature that was missing on our 120 m² VIP pitches: the inevitable barbecue.

Holidaymakers staying in tents, vans, camper vans or caravans at the Vieux Port will also be entitled to their own little luxury right on their pitch. Private barbecues are now available on all the 120 m² VIP pitches.

Because there is no more perfect symbol than the barbecue to convey all the values of camping, we wanted to contribute in our own way to this passion for tradition! At Le Vieux Port campsite, we are convinced of the importance of conviviality and meetings. And what better way to do this than to get together around a barbecue?

The smell of summer grills. The laughter and the aperitifs that warm the embers as much as the hearts. The generations of true barbecue chefs who rub shoulders. The sharing of advice from friends and family on the famous (and smoky) science of cooking. Just the thought of it makes you think of it!

Our 5 star campsite Le Vieux Port is blessed with an unparalleled natural environment. The Atlantic beaches border the immense pine forest that shelters us. Between the forest and the ocean, at Le Vieux Port campsite, we know more than anyone how precious and fragile our environment is. Living with the rhythm of the elements and the seasons has taught us how important it is to know how to highlight our natural environment, while protecting it.

Thus, our 5-star campsite Le Vieux Port is more and more committed each year to the protection of our natural environment through concrete steps. After having been awarded the eco-label and eco-certification, 2023 continues our programme of commitment to sustainable development for our Le Vieux Port campsite.

In 2015, after having examined and analysed the life cycle of a mobile home, we were convinced that a new model of mobile home should be initiated. For several years now, our new mobile homes have been eco-designed. And for the coming season, we are proud to announce that they represent our entire rental fleet.
Natural raw materials for the construction of the structures, recycled materials and energy-saving equipment, that is how all the mobile homes at Le Vieux Port campsite in Messanges are made up today.

Above all, the entire construction of these mobile homes has been designed to last and to be 100% recyclable at the end of their life. In fact, at the 5-star Le Vieux Port campsite , our primary aim has been to take into account all the stages of a mobile home, from its construction to the end of the life of your holiday rental, including the quality of your sleep.
To go into a little more detail,the frame of the Vieux Portmobile homes is made up exclusively of natural raw materials, theinsulation of their walls and ceilings is made of vegetable wool, and the wood and plywood come from eco-managed forests.
In terms of furnishings, our spring mattresses, for example, have foam made from recycled water bottles. When it comes to renewing them, we optimise our carbon footprint by sourcing them from a reputable mattress supplier just three quarters of an hour's drive from Le Vieux Port. This enables us to activate the local economy of the Landes region while continuing our ecological approach by operating in a short circuit. And to take nothing away from our commitment, the quality of these mattresses is such that their life span is extended by 6 years, without taking anything away from their comfort characteristics.
It is with this type of increasingly innovative solutions that Le Vieux Port campsite acts for a more virtuous outdoor hotel industry.
