At Le Vieux Port campsite, we know that the end of your holiday can sometimes be stressful. That's why we offer a range of cleaning packages for your rental property, to take the stress out of your holiday and allow you to concentrate on what's most important: enjoying your holiday.
Our teams take care to make your accommodation clean and ready for your departure, allowing you to savour every moment right up to the last minute, whether enjoying our facilities or direct access to the beach.
🚨 Before you leave, please leave your access wristbands in the letterbox opposite reception. Failure to comply with departure instructions may result in a deduction from your deposit.

Our recommendations for end-of-stay cleaning for PREMIUM accommodation
Before you leave, please :
- Collect and deposit used sheets and towels on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom
- Clean the kitchen and toilets inside only
- Clean the griddle by throwing ice cubes on it, then wipe with absorbent paper
- Empty the rubbish bins and leave the bags in the space provided at the campsite entrance
- Do not leave any objects on the terrace
To be done for all other homes (except PREMIUM)
Before leaving your accommodation, please :
- Clean the accommodation thoroughly
- Clean the hot plate with ice cubes and a paper towel
- Empty and clean the fridge
- Throw disposable mattress covers in the bin
- Collect and dispose of used sheets and towels in the bathroom
- Empty the rubbish bins and put the bags in the appropriate place
- Do not leave any objects on the terrace

The housework option carried out by our team of professionals is a service we offer to clean your accommodation at the end of your holiday. It allows you to make the most of your holiday without worrying about cleaning before you leave.
We offer three categories of package depending on the type of accommodation:
- Category 1: €100 (VIP pitches, 2P duo tents, 4/5P wooden cabins, etc.)
- Category 2: €150 (ecoluxe tents 4/5P, Resasol residences 4/5P, eco mobile homes, chalets 6P/8P, etc.)
- Category 3: 200 € (ecoluxe tents 8P, Resasol mobile homes 6/8P with 2 bathrooms, chalets 6P/8P, etc.)
Yes, when you opt for PREMIUM accommodation, you get free cleaning at the end of your stay. So you can rest even easier.
If you have chosen the cleaning package, all you have to do is clean the kitchen and toilets according to our instructions, and leave used sheets and towels on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom.
In this case, you are responsible for cleaning your accommodation thoroughly before you leave, following our recommendations: clean the kitchen and toilets, empty and clean the fridge, throw away the bed sheets, empty the bins, dispose of used sheets and towels, and leave the terrace clean.
Before leaving, please collect and place all used linen on the floor, clean the kitchen and toilets, clean the plancha with ice cubes and a paper towel, empty the rubbish bins, and do not leave any objects on the terrace. The final clean-up, as well as the loan of sheets and towels, is included with the reservation of our luxury homes.
Yes, you can book a cleaning package depending on the category of your accommodation, but you will be responsible for cleaning the premises unless you choose a rental offering more comfort.
The cleaning package can be booked when you rent your accommodation or directly with our team before your departure, according to the terms and conditions available on our website or at reception.
The cleaning charge applies only at the end of your stay. During your stay, you are responsible for regular cleaning.
