Les Clefs d'Argent, Mont-de-Marsan

In Mont-de-Marsan, Christophe Dupouy, Michelin-starred chef since 2009, combines tradition and creativity. Surprisingly subtle dishes and a cosy, relaxed atmosphere await you at Les Clefs d'Argent. The à la carte menu includes pan-fried foie gras, marinated red tuna and asparagus in Mousseline sauce. Menus range from €28 to €45 at lunchtime, and up to €97 in the evening. There's even a children's menu at €25 for young gourmets.

Le Hittau, Saint-Vincent-De-Tyrosse

On the road to the beaches in Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, the former sheepfold has become Restaurant Le Hittau, offering a warm welcome. Michelin-starred chef Yannick Duc offers intuitive cuisine inspired by local produce and his travels. Order the lobster ravioli, a very popular speciality with gourmets. Le Relais de La Poste, Magescq

In Magescq, just a few kilometres from Le Vieux Port campsite, Le Relais de La Poste, a two-star Michelin restaurant for the last fifty years, is a gastronomic landmark in the heart of the Landes region. Crowned with a Michelin star, the restaurant La Villa de l'Étang Blanc, in Seignosse, offers an exceptional gastronomic experience. Under the direction of David Sulpice, Michelin-starred chef in 2019, the menu unveils a world of gustatory possibilities with highly graphic dishes and an explosive touch on the palate.
