To offer you optimum comfort and for the safety of our youngest guests, we authorise and include parking for one vehicle only on your pitch. However, if there is enough space on your pitch, you can park an additional vehicle next to your rental pitch for an extra charge. your rental. As long as this does not hinder traffic in the campsite.

Is it possible to park a trailer or caravan on a rental pitch?

To make it easier for you to park your vehicles and to move around our campsite, trailers are permitted on your rental plot, as long as they do not obstruct the public highway. For a caravan, on the other hand, our car park near Reception is the best place to park it without hindrance.

Is WiFi available on all pitches and in all accommodation?

How do I access the aquatic area at camping Le Vieux Port?

Only residents of our Le Vieux Port campsite are allowed access to the Pirate's Land water park. Your wristband received at Reception when you arrive at the campsite will give you access to our water park. Please note that access is controlled at the entrance gate to the water park.

Do I have to clean up before I leave?

At the end of your stay with us, we ask you to leave your holiday accommodation clean. You can do this yourself. Or for those of you who want to relax until the last second, take a look at all our our cleaning packages. There's something for everyone!

What facilities are available free of charge on site?

Our 5-star Le Vieux Port campsite offers a whole range of leisure activities and almost endless fun! You'll be able to enjoy free access to our sports activities in our fitness area, our children's and teenagers' clubs, our play area, our concerts, shows, cabarets and themed evenings in our Arena auditorium, and of course our completely refurbished water park with its 11 slides, 5 heated pools, an Aquasplash and 2 jacuzzis.

Is the pool area supervised?

For everyone's safety, our water park is supervised by our team of state-qualified lifeguards. A safe area for safe swimming!

Is the water park open to people not staying at the campsite? Are day passes available for access to the water park?

For safety reasons, only residents of Le Vieux Port campsite are allowed access to the Pirate's Land water park. A check is carried out at the entrance to the park, using the bracelets received for your stay, when you move in to our pitches or one of our mobile homes.

The location of our Le Vieux Port campsite is idyllic. Enjoy direct access to the south beach at Messanges. The supervised beaches of Vieux-Boucau are just 2 km south of our campsite. And for wave lovers, the unmissable surf spots of Hossegor are just fifteen kilometres from our Le Vieux Port campsite.

How do I gain access to the campsite?

If you wish to enter our Le Vieux Port campsite with your vehicle, a system for reading your number plate is in place at the entrance, at the barriers. For pedestrian access, a wristband will be given to you at Reception on your first day. This will allow you to pass through all the controls without any hindrance.

How do I get to Le Vieux Port from the airport or station?

You can reach our Le Vieux Port campsite from: BiarritzBiarritz airport is about 60 km away, PauPau airport airport is about 100 km away orBordeaux airport is around 150 km away.

If you wish to arrive by train, the nearest station is Dax, 35 km away. Bayonne and Biarritz stations are 43 km and 54 km away respectively.

How do I get to camping Le Vieux Port?

RECEPTION

What do I need to present on arrival / how do I check in?

When you arrive, please go to Reception. Our team will welcome you for the formalities of your stay and explain the organisation and activities at our Le Vieux Port campsite. You will also be asked to provide your full name, date of birth and vehicle registration number to complete your booking form.

What should I do if I arrive late?

For those who have a long journey or think they might arrive late on the first day, don't worry! Our reception is open until 7pm in low season and 8.30pm in high season. After that, our night team will take over and will be there to show you to your pitch or give you the keys to your accommodation. The next morning, you can go to Reception to finalise your booking and collect your wristbands, the key to your holiday.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

To welcome you in the best conditions, arrivals are possible from 4pm. On the last day, you will have until 10am to hand in the keys to your accommodation or leave your pitch. For standard and comfort pitches, arrivals and departures are by 12 noon.

Is it possible to have a Late Check-Out on the last day?

In order to ensure a smooth transition between your stay and that of the next holidaymakers, we do not authorise late check-outs or departures, either for rental accommodation or for pitches.
