thumb_up Loved the jacuzzi which we used every day. Outside table area was also great.
thumb_down Would be nice to also have sun loungers as well as the deck chairs.
On site shop seemed very expensive causing us to go elsewhere for shopping.

thumb_up Family of five staying for a week. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, particularly the activities that were put on through the week (day time and night time), plus the location so close to the beach.
thumb_down It is a big site and the pool area is unbelievably busy on hot/sunny days
Putting on more sporting activities during the day as they were always over subscribed (flag rugby, table tennis, volley ball etc).
The outdoor gym/exercise area is not very good.

thumb_up The mobile home we rented (Cottage Suite PREMIUM - Jacuzzi® 8P 8 ppl.) was nice and clean. In case something was missing or there was a problem with the pool it was solved immediately by the friendly staff. The camp ground is really quiet, the pool area has a lot of attractions and the beach is just stunning.

thumb_up Our accommodation was great, close to the beautiful beach and pool area but quiet at night. The pool area was brilliant for our children, clean and safe.
thumb_down The bedding provided was not very comfortable to sleep on. No pillows, just cushions and 1 for each person. We also felt the electric scooters should be managed better, very dangerous with small children on same paths/roads.

thumb_down Mooie, verzorgde camping in de natuur. Lopend naar het prachtige strand. Leuke omgeving om plaatsjes, steden (Biarritz, Bayonne, San sebastian) te bezoeken. Lekker kanoën in de omgeving. Van alles te doen.

Estuvimos dos horas esperando de nuestro tiempo que vale igual que el de cualquiera... y nos podrían haber regalado dos horas el domingo y marcharnos a las 12 en lugar de las 10.

thumb_up L’agencement est très plaisant, les 2 mobile home bien équipés. Très belle végétation. Et la terrasse pour les repas est parfaite, suffisamment intime.
thumb_down Par contre pour le 5 eme adulte la chambre exiguë et le lit une place ne lui ont pas permis de bonnes nuits. Idéal pour 2 couples et enfants. Pas de clic clac (pourtant annoncé) dans le séjour. Et nous n’avons pu utiliser le jacuzzi les 2 derniers jours car l’eau était verte.

thumb_up Fantastisch onderkomen, heerlijke jacuzzi, we hebben genoten! Er kwam ook regelmatig iemand langs om te vragen of alles in orde was.
thumb_down Het lawaai van de jacuzzi, er is niets aanwezig om thee te maken of te drinken; neem een waterkoker of fluitketel mee. Er zijn ook geen kopjes. Er zijn glazen en espresso kopjes maar geen koffie en theekoppen.

thumb_down Het is een grote commerciële camping. Wij komen hier al 37 jaar. Sterker nog; wij hebben elkaar hier leren kennen. Daar hebben we nog nooit iemand over gehoord. Elke x als we aankomen rijden denken we dat de fanfare er staat haha maar niemand kent ons.

thumb_up Mooie accommodatie, goede ligging aan strand, goede voorzieningen, goed verzorgd, goed beveiligd, goed personeel (afgezien van receptie).
thumb_down Incheck was echt heel slecht. Incheck vanaf 16 uur betekende volgens verantwoordelijke voor receptie dat er vanaf 16 uur een kans is dat je accommodatie gereed is, maar dat dit zeker niet zo hoeft te zijn. Euhhh????? Verantwoordelijke negeerde ons toen we zeiden dat we dit raar vonden en graag duidelijkheid wilden hoe de accommodatie dan wel gereed zou zijn. Zijn na 1,5 uur(!) wachten maar naar accommodatie gegaan en er gewoon in gegaan (schoonmaak was zelfs toen nog niet gereed...)
Ik verwacht bij deze positionering (premium) en tarieven (>€600 per dag) echt een andere service!
