Un état des lieux plus rigoureux et une remise a niveau des équipements éviteraient certains de ces désagréments.

thumb_down L'état et la finition du chalet intérieur ne sont pas du tout au niveau du coût du séjour (rappel 3500 € la semaine) : moisissure salle de bain, chasse d'eau et mitigeur de la douche qui fonctionnent mal, état de décomposition du plancher intérieur, qualité de la literie et de la vaisselle..

thumb_down Le chalet mérite un rafraîchissement , peinture vieillissante avec des taches, sol abîmé et joints de sol de salle de bain noircis, taches sur les murs . Il est impératif de faire un grand ménage entre les vacanciers, pour ma part le ménage n’était qu’approximatif . Le plus urgent reste les toilettes ! le fond de cuvette est très sale , un vrai nettoyage avec gant et javel est impératif ! L’inventaire n’est pas du tout à jour et n’est pas vérifié entres locataires …. Pas de planche à découper il fait le savoir 😉

thumb_down Nous avons été déçu du ménage en arrivant, on a dû passer la serpillière, on pensait que c’était de l’usure du sol mais non c’était de la saleté, pour le prix du séjour il nous paraît raisonnable d’attendre un chalet propre. Matelas lit simple trop dur. Après 2 litres de destop on a préféré aller se doucher aux sanitaires pour le reste du séjour, la douche penche du côté opposé de la bonde, le parquet est en train de pourrir sous le lino.

Niveau literie le matelas fait cuvette et le sommier grinçait dès que l'on bougeaient... Il nous manquaient de la vaisselles... Nous avons attendu 1h30 pour avoir les clés et les personnes à l'accueil pas du tout accueillantes.

Il semblait qu'ils nous avaient donné les derniers chalets restants et, en plus, ils nous ont mis séparément alors que nous avions prévenu que les deux familles voulaient être ensemble et que nous arriverions en même temps.

thumb_up De picknick tafel was veel gebruikt. Ook de barbecue was prettig in gebruik (was ook wel nodig aangezien je word gedwongen elke avond zelf te koken). Ons huisje had een ruime plek voor de auto waardoor we hem uit het zicht konden parkeren. Douche en vooral de waterdruk was erg prettig.
thumb_down Ondanks het verzoek om een huisje te hebben aan een "rustige" weg, in verband met kleine kinderen, lag ons huisje aan de snelweg van de camping. Huisje leek niet op de foto, was amper schoon en de inventaris was nogal karig. Leuk dat je een flesje wijn krijgt bij aankomst, jammer dat er dan geen kurkentrekker in de keukenla ligt, dat soort dingen. Bedden waren matig tot slecht.

thumb_down Douche die niet goed doorloopt, dus natte vloeren. Daardoor niet mogelijk te douchen in het chalet. 2 maal bij receptie geweest, is nagekeken door maintenance, maar nog steeds niet naar behoren. Wc verstopping is wel opgelost. Jammer dat het niet allemaal in orde was bij aankomst

thumb_down El alojamiento es penoso, no está a la altura de un camping de 5 estrellas, tanto el baño como la casa en general es vieja, huele a humedad, el mobiliario esta muy estropeado, falta menage, no hay tabla de cortar y el que hay no es igual y de muy mala calidad, los vasos pequeños y viejos, las tazas de cafe muy pequeñas ...muy muy disgustado con el alojamiento

thumb_down Los colchones muy incomodos, no teniamos un sofa medio decente para poder estar y algun armario más hubiera sido muy util. El baño tenia bastantes desperfectos.

thumb_down Las fotos qie ponen e la web no corresponden con el alojamiento real. En las fotos, todo está nuevo, y en la realidad no es así. Se veía limpio, pero viejo. Mal cuidado. En las habitaciones los armarios, ninguno, tenía baldas donde poner las ropas, como la cabaña era para 5 personas y éramos 4, terminamos dejando las ropas sobre la cama restante. Tampoco había en ninguna habitacion una mesilla de noche donde dejar objetos, terminamos usando las sillas del salon de mesillas de noche. El desagüe de la ducha tapado, cuando abrias el lavado, salía el agua por el desagüe del plato de ducha.

thumb_up Era amplio, buenos exteriores. El mobiliario y menaje renovado, muy bien (aunque hacía falta alguna sartén más, solo teníamos una).
thumb_down Estaba un poco viejo. Los colchones y las camas sucios y muy usados, te hundías y terminabas con la espalda dolorida. La nevera es algo pequeña para cinco personas.

thumb_down Hola, hemos encontrado falta en enseres de cocina y servicio de mesa. Los colchones, los más importantes, de la habitación de los niños son malísimos. No veo calidad como para tener 5 estrellas.
