The large 40 m² covered terrace has a Jacuzzi®, a sofa-lounge, a bar next to the plancha cooking area and an outdoor shower. There are 4 sun loungers for you to relax on. There's something for everyone in this rental in the brand-new PREMIUM district. This area is ideally located, with direct access to the dunes and the beach.

The facilities, pool, slides, arcade and children’s entertainment.

The accommodation is not worth almost 5,000 euros. No aircon control in the main unit, no kettle, sanitary bin was still full from previous tenants. But the worst part was the noise. Every single night of our stay between 12am and 3am there was shouting and singing from gangs of youths going up and down the track to the beach. I complained at reception and called security during the night but it never stopped. For this reason we won’t ever return to this campsite. To pay so much money and spend a week of our vacation time utterly exhausted was devastating

The accommodation was great for our setup of 2 families who wanted to have their own space with a large communal area for socialising in.

The welcome pack was nowhere near big enough for our party size! We got 2 roll of toilet rolls for 10 people for a week with a very small pack of cleaning liquid and a washing up sponge so definitely bring extra supplies if you can! We also had to ask for extra glasses knives and a chopping board and this was not provided! A big downside was that on the last day there was nowhere to store our luggage as we were on a late flight home which was a big inconvenience and I think this is something everyone should be made aware of!!

We stayed here for a week in July with another family in the sleep 10 premium cottage. The campsite itself was great with everything you needed onsite and the kids had a great time!

Small word of warning if you’re thinking of staying here would be to bring plenty of mosquito repellent as we got loads of bites! Customer service at reception and at the bars and restaurants was poor and we found most of the staff quite unhelpful and rude at times!

Love the resort. Swimming pools are amazing. Premium accomodation is superb. Beach access a huge plus.

** We had no wifi in our rental and informed reception the day after arrival. It wasn’t fixed for over a week, meaning we had no wifi for 8 days out of 10. I visited reception a number of times to try and get issue resolved but they just blamed their internet service provider. ** Better communication about events that cause facilities to be closed. The sports facilities being closed for 3 days without warning was not great.

L'hébergement était très bien. Sa disposition avec la terrasse au milieu (bien ombragée) et sans vis-à-vis était top. Le jacuzzi est bien positionné ainsi que la plancha. Nous avons eu un problème avec le tableau électrique et le jacuzzi. Le service technique est intervenu très rapidement (dans la 1/2 journée) et a solutionné les problèmes.

Le plancher d'un des 2 mobilhome semble être fragilisé et s'affaisse lors de nos passages (dans le 6 places). Rien de très grave lorsque l'on est en vacance mais sur 4 TV, il y en a 2 qui ne fonctionnent pas.

La qualité et la propreté du camping. Les installations sportives (avec tout de même un point négatif développé dans question suivante). La proximité et l'accessibilité à l'océan. L'espace aquatique (avec également un autre point négatif).

Les installations sportives sont très éloignées des logements et surtout situées à l'extérieur du camping. Un peu loin pour aller faire une pétanque. Et surtout impossible d'y laisser aller des jeunes ados (12 ans) sans les accompagner. L'espace aquatique est sympa mais 2 choses réduisent son évaluation. Le sol fait très mal aux pieds (sorte d'enrobé) mais surtout les piscines sont trop froides. Il est plus difficile d'entrer dans les piscines que dans l'océan. Les bornes sont clairement insuffisantes. Jamais disponible. Obligé de faire 15Km jusqu'à Souston pour recharger notre voiture.

Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse couverte entre les 2 bungalows avec 2 grandes tables très pratiques, le jacuzzi, et la présence de 2 grands étendages.

Par contre nous n'avons pas apprécié les draps et oreillers en polyester très désagréables au toucher. Le bruit de la pompe du jacuzzi est vraiment bruyante la nuit. La propreté des bungalows était moyenne.

Les animations, le personnel, la variété des animations, l'ensemble des spectacles. L'espace SPA est magnifique et le personnel d'accueil et de massage très très agréables. Serviable et disponible ainsi qua notre écoute.

Piscine non chauffée

Dans sa globalité le séjour s'est bien passé. Un bémol sur la propreté de la terrasse lors de notre arrivée, avec toiles d'araignées suspendu. Une filtration de spa bruillante proche de la chambre a améliorer. Des rangements insuffisants dans les chambres si nous avions été 10. Mais à 6, cela passe.

Température variable du spa non possible. Un changement des serviettes entre les 2 semaines éviterait de les laver soi même. La situation du P107 étant au bord du chemin amenant à la plage est source de bruit subi par les passants manquants d'éducation notamment la nuit. Des rondes par la sécurité plus nombreuses limiterait les nuisances. Le petit spar est vraiment excessif en prix même si cela n'a pas ete une contrainte pour nous. Mais pour des familles a faibles moyens, cela reste cher.

Idéal pour 8/10 personnes. Quatre salles de bain et 4 WC permettent intimité et dépendance malgré le nombre de personnes. Confort de la grande terrasse commune et petit plus avec le jacuzzi privatif !

La végétation et l'emplacement de ce mobil-home 10 places sont très agréables. Un peu en retrait de l'allée centrale, pas de vis-à-vis et proche de l'accès de la plage. Jacuzzi très propre ainsi que l'ensemble des intérieurs.

Peut-être rajouter des ciseaux, des mugs et un grand plateau pour la cuisine. Deux fenêtres ne s'ouvraient pas. La bâche au-dessus de la terrasse mériterait un petit nettoyage, ça ferait plus qualitatif. Attention aux serviettes neuves fournies de la salle de bain qui ont totalement détint en sortie de douche.

La grandeur

Très mal entretenue, sale gros problème d'eau chaude, pas équipée pour 10 personnes, pas un couteau qui coupe, je te fais appel à l'accueil pour l'entretien du jacuzzi que l'an dernier à la même époque, quelqu'un venait tous les deux jours pour l'entretien du jacuzzi

Les mobiles homes , il faut penser que les chats viennent pour se reposer donc d'entendre le Karcher sur les autres mobilehomes pour les nettoyer ou les débroussailler à partir de 8h du matin. C'est pas très drôle surtout dans un quartier Premium.

manques beaucoup de vaisselles (verres, couverts) ce n'est pas a nous de faire l'inventaire de ce qui manques dans les mobiles-homes manques une télévision dans la chambre + antenne qui capte mal dans le salon lumière de la hotte qui ne marche pas cuvette des toilettes qui se détache lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas fuite d'eau dans une chambre ménage mal fait climatisation qui fait disjoncter le compteur du coup radiateur pendant 2 jours poignée de porte qui se détache car mal vissée toutes ses choses aurait put etre vérifiées avant notre arrivé car pour une location premium laisse a désiré

Les bracelets électroniques pour l'ouverture du bungalow qui évite la perte de clefs

Ménage du bungalow pas réalisé à notre arrivée. Le spa privatif non fonctionnel pendant 48h. Le chauffage non fonctionnel pendant 2 nuits (2°C en extérieur). Aucune réponse du service client. Les 5 étoiles ne sont pas méritées pour un logement à 3600€ la semaine en baisse saison c'est incapable. Seule une compensation financière de 60€ pour le non fonctionnement du spa nous a été versé et encore il a fallu réclamer! Des vacances en famille gâchées par soit disant un des plus beau 5 étoiles d'Europe....

Sehr schöne Mobilheime. Aufenthaltsbereich zwischen den Häusern war top. Auch wenn es mal geregnet hat, konnte man sich bequem draußen aufhalten.

Im Premium Haus könnte es eine bessere Ausstattung an Küchenwerkzeug geben. Für 10 Leute gab es lediglich 6 Gläser. Auch sowas wie ein Pfannenwender hat gefehlt. Die Klappbetten in den kleinen Zimmern haben bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Hier würde ich mir eine stabilere Konstruktion wünschen.

Schöne große Unterkunft. Sehr guter Service, der sich sofort um die Probleme kümmert. Schöner Campingplatz mit vielen verschiedenen Angeboten. Schneller und einfacher Check-in und Check-out.

Vorab prüfen ob in der Unterkunft alles funktioniert, wie zum Beispiel der Whirlpool. Padel macht Spaß und gute Plätze, ist aber sehr teuer.
