Hydrospeeding plunges you into a whirlwind of freshness.
This leisure activity, also known as "white water swimming", involves descending a river using a foam float and flippers. Equipped with a helmet, neoprene wetsuit and lifejacket, you can swim with the currents and navigate the rapids of the Nive in complete safety.
Ideal for those who aren't afraid of taking the plunge, hydrospeed is accessible from the age of 12, provided you know how to swim!
River paddling
Looking for a zen river activity? Then paddleboarding is for you!
Known as Stand Up Paddle, or "SUP" for short, it lets you glide across the water on an inflatable board. You use a paddle to propel yourself. But there's no need to go for speed or performance here, just take your time and enjoy the natural surroundings unfolding before your eyes.
This introductory paddle, accessible from the age of 12 as long as you know how to swim, will take you on a voyage of discovery along the Nive, the emblematic river of the Basque Country.
White water rafting
If you love thrills, splashes and laughter, rafting is for you!
These inflatable boats allow you to brave river rapids in complete safety. Armed with your paddle and your family or group of friends, get on board one or more rafts and float down the fast-flowing waters of the Nive, the emblematic Basque river. You'll enjoy a fun-filled activity with lots of laughs.
The rafts can accommodate up to 8 people, and are accessible from the age of 6, as long as you can swim 25 m and know how to put your head under water!
