A dinosaur theme park in the Landes!

After 65 million years, they're back in the Landes! Who are they? The most famous dinosaurs that fascinate and inspire so many children. To meet them, all you have to do is go to Azur, 15 minutes from our campsite ***** Le Vieux Port in the south of the Landes. It's here, in the heart of the Landes forest and beside a lake, that the "Dinosaurs Parc" brings these extinct giants back to life.

Unique encounters to spice up your holiday in the Landes!

In the middle of the pine forest, a dozen animated dinosaurs, as real as life, roar and roar as visitors pass by. During your visit, you'll come across the T-Rex, made famous by the film Jurassic Park. Children's favourite super-predator could grow up to twelve metres long and run at a top speed of 27 km/h. A little further on, lurking in the ferns, is the triceratops, recognisable by its three horns. You can also meet the brachiosaurus, the largest dinosaur ever discovered on Earth, entirely fossilised by palaeontologists.
Throughout the route, explanatory panels will give you more details about the habits of each of these prehistoric giants. A real treat for little dino fans, but also for parents who want to keep up to date!

Fun and educational activities for children

Dinosaurs Parc appeals to families because of the wide range of activities on offer for young and old alike. One of the activities that is a big hit with little campers is the Dino Maze. It's up to you to find your way back by answering a quiz to test your knowledge. It's an exciting treasure hunt that's fun and educational! In July and August, a captivating show on the theme of dinosaurs will thrill and delight the little ones.
And when you say dinosaur, you also mean palaeontologist! Slip into the shoes of Ross Geller (if you're familiar with the Friends series!), search and dig in the sand with a paintbrush and rake to discover dinosaur skeletons in a fully recreated dig area. Finally, if you want to learn more about the subject, take a detour to Ciné Dino. A short documentary recounts the life of a dinosaur, from its birth to its death.
Other activities that are very popular with children include the T-Rex Quad, an electric quad bike course for 5 to 12 year-olds, bouncy castles and the little train. There's more to life than dinosaurs!
